SHIPPING POLICY

Carrier delays due to floods over some Australian areas:
Due to recent flooding and disruption to freight routes across the country, our shipping partners have let us know they’re experiencing delays.
We’re working hard to get you your  products as soon as possible and are sorry if your delivery is affected by any carrier delay.
You can check your order status at any time by sending us an email or giving us a call.
 

Ongoing carrier delays:

Our shipping partners have let us know they’re experiencing more delays than normal at the present time, which may impact the delivery of your order.

We’re working hard to get you your products as soon as possible and are sorry if your delivery is affected by any carrier delay.

We’ve factored in these delays when estimating your delivery date at checkout, but some items may arrive earlier or later than expected.
We’ll do our best to keep you posted along the way and you can check your order status by sending us an email or give us a call at anytime.

Production times prior to shipping:
Some items may have a longer production time than others, we do allow for 2 to 14 days depending on the item for production. Once your item has been made we will touch base to let you know that shipping has taken place and advise you of an estimated time frame for delivery.

Shipping times:
Most delivery times are between 5 to 14 days through out Australia & 7 to 21 days Internationally (shipped from Australia)

Keeping your address & contact details correct:
If your information is not correct and your parcel is sent to the wrong address, we will not be held responsible and in this case we will not replace your order.
If your order is sent back to us due to wrong address or you not contacting the relevant shipping department, we will re-ship it to you at your own cost.
If you realise after your order is placed and before postage takes place that some incorrect details have been given please advise us straight away and we can sort this out prior to postage.
 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Sizing and incorrect details:
We do not offer returns or exchange on clothing items after production has been done.
These Items are all custom items and made to the specifications that are given upon check out. 

If you notice that a incorrect piece of information has been given to us prior to your item being made, we can have it changed and send  you another proof for approval before the item is made. 
If this occurs your production/deliver times will be extended to allow for these changes to be made.

Damaged products:
Sometimes this is unavoidable as postal services really do not understand the meaning of fragile and quite frankly, often they do not care how they treat any packages. Unfortunately, this is well beyond our control as we know your package is in perfect condition when it leaves us.
We will take a photograph of your item as it is packaged prior to postage. If an item/s is damaged during delivery please send us a message with a photograph of the damage as soon as it is opened (not after it has been assembled if this is applicable).
You must contact us within 24 hours of your parcel arriving and report any damage to us so we can help rectify the problem, after this we cannot help as the insurance will be void.
We can offer postage insurance upon request, send us a message to ask more about this and the cost involved.
